Process analysis
The automatic cutting machine adds the automatic feeding function on the basis of the traditional hydraulic cutting machine. The cutting distance, feeding speed, cutting speed, cutting depth and other parameters are set through the HMI, and the PLC centrally controls various solenoid valves and Servo drive, so as to realize the automatic feeding, die ejection and punching of the processing equipment. During the feeding process, reciprocating motion can be performed to complete the fully automatic processing technology of the processed products. The equipment is shown in Figure 1.
Design
The electric control scheme of the automatic cutting machine adopts a complete set of industrial control products from Sifang, with the EP1S series PLC as the signal acquisition and control core, the CA100 servo driver as the executive feeding mechanism, and the EM2 series HMI as the human-computer interaction to realize the full automation from automatic feeding to cutting processing. The feeding distance, feeding speed, cutting distance, cutting depth and other parameters are set by the touch screen, and then the data is transmitted to the PLC through modbus communication, and then the PLC sends pulse commands to control the servo drive, and then controls the feeding servo motor movement to cut the knife mold The movement is also controlled by the PLC output to control the solenoid valve and then control the oil pump motor, as shown in Figure 3

Human-computer interface design
The working interface of HMI is mainly controlled in manual mode, including the control of push plate feed, push plate return, material fixing frame and origin return function. The left half of the interface can monitor the machine’s running status, cutting quantity and mode selection function. ,As shown in Figure 4:
The parameter setting interface in HMI is mainly to set the parameters such as feeding distance, speed, cutting depth and feeding distance in two modes, as shown in Figure 5:
The status monitoring interface in the HMI can monitor the corresponding travel switch, button input signal and output signal of various solenoid valves in the PLC in real time, as shown in Figure 6:
The fully automatic hydraulic cutting machine adopts Sifang's complete set of industrial control products as the electronic control scheme, one-button fully automatic control mode, simplifies operation, and greatly improves the cutting production efficiency.
