How to debug the initial use of the automatic cutting machine?

The active cutting machine is often used for cutting various tapes, such as gold fingers, protective film, double-sided tape, masking paper, etc. Due to the high slitting power and convenient adjustment of slitting material width, speed and slitting material diameter, it is widely used in the adhesive tape industry. In the process of using the machine, the use and maintenance of the start-up workers directly affect the power and service life of the machine. Workers are proficient in starting up the method, including the depth simulation of the circular knife for each material replacement; the replacement method of the circular knife; the cutting speed of the circular knife for different materials; the feed speed; the rolling direction of the circular knife and the shaft; Anti slime etc. It is necessary for the start-up workers to understand these qualities. Once the link is not clear, it may lead to problems such as unsightly end faces of the cut products, unqualified products, etc. Improper start-up may also lead to machine failure and economic losses.

Before turning on the machine or replacing the slitting material, the distance between the circular knife and the cutting spindle must be adjusted. This operation is very important to keep the surface of the circular knife. The process is as follows:

1. Adjust the limit sensor to the desired position before starting the machine, then turn on the power lock, and check whether the display screens and power indicator lights on the panel, manual control lever, active air pressure water spray device and dripping device are normal.

2. Press the circular knife start switch, and adjust the relative position of the circular knife and the cutting spindle according to the diameter of the required cutting material. After the circular knife position is adjusted, press the manual feed switch and move the circular knife to the cutting position. The position where the main shaft just touches, and then release the manual switch to make the tool holder return to its original position.

3. Press the motor start switch, press the manual feed switch again, release it after about 10 seconds, observe the cut marks on the PE pipe (the cut marks should not be too deep, about 0.2mm-0.6mm is just right), and then according to For the divided material, adjust the advancing and retreating speed of the knife seat to the best.

4. Load the raw material and press the chuck switch to make the tailstock support cylinder close the tailstock, clamp the material, and then set the required parameters (including the feeding time, feeding length, and the number of cuts required) , the direction of rotation of the main shaft and circular knife, whether the current number of cut rolls is reset).

5. Press the automatic roll cutting switch (when automatically cutting rolls, you must hit the circular knife stop switch, otherwise the circular knife motor will not run), the machine will automatically complete the cutting and intermittent movement until the knife seat moves to the left limit The position is sensed, and the machine automatically stops working. At the same time, the tailstock supports the cylinder to open the tailstock, and the knife seat automatically returns to its position, and the cut materials are taken out.

6. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs during the operation of the machine, quickly press the stop button on the control lever to stop the operation of the machine.
