2. The die cutter is damaged. There are usually three situations that lead to this phenomenon: ① Improper use of the cutting die to accelerate the damage to the cutting die; ② The cutting stroke is too deep. ③ The way of storing equipment is not appropriate.

3. What is the reason for the white edge of the product when cutting? ① Poor alignment; ② Caused by the synovial film at the discharging end/receiving end.

4. When the cutting machine is used, it is most likely that the number of jumps on the digital meter will not be accurate. How should problems be identified? First check whether the digital meter is broken. The normal addition and subtraction functions of the digital meter indicate that the function of the digital meter is good. If you find that the digital meter keeps jumping, it means: ①Set the digital meter to the position of 0, the meter will jump continuously; ②The digital meter can only accept voltage between 170~250V, if the voltage deviates from this range, the digital meter will It is very easy to damage, and it will also produce the phenomenon of non-stop jumping. So it is better to install a 500V voltage regulator. ③ Always pay attention to whether the sensor switch connected to the cutting machine flashes. If there is no flash, the sensor is broken and needs to be replaced. The flash is synchronized with the knife edge. If it is not synchronized, the paper sent out of the knife edge will be blocked by the knife edge. You can adjust the position of the iron piece of the belt drive wheel.

⑤ Inner leakage of oil cylinder: cause pressure release; oil cylinder needs to be replaced.

⑥The die line is too long: it is beyond the scope of equipment capacity; it is necessary to use equipment that matches the die line.

⑦The hydraulic oil is too dirty, and the oil inlet filter element is blocked: the oil supply is insufficient; the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced.
